n\n—\n\nCONCRETE VEHICLES (formerly Computer) is a band from Vancouver tha
t originated\nas a recording project between lifelong friends Hudson Schel
esny and Ben Lock.\nAs their recordings developed\, the songs became too c
haotic and nuanced to play\nlive with a normal band which got them excited
about expanding into a larger\ngroup. Fast forward a year and Concrete Ve
hicles is a fully formed seven piece\nworking on transforming their songs
	to embrace a wider range of instrumentation\nincluding saxophone\, synths\
, and percussion. They have played over 50 shows\nincluding an Eastern Can
	adian tour\, a UK and Europe tour\, with appearances at\nSled Island\, Kha
tsalano Festival\, M For Montreal\, and Left of the Dial.\n\nFor fans of B
lack Country New Road\, YHWH Nailgun\, and Hella.\n\n»Sieben Leute\, siebe
n Instrumente\, alles außer Computer. Auf ihrem Debüt Station\nOn the Hill
(Oktober 2025\, Dine Alone Records) verschmelzen Math-Rock\, Post-Punk\nu
nd Hardcore zu einer dichten Wand. (hhv-mag)\n\n—\n\nOLDER FRIENDS who are
“Too old to play screamo\, too young to not die” are a trio\nfrom Berlin
and its bubbling DIY scene. \n\nTheir songs bounce between twinkly\, playf
ul Midwest-emo passages and bursts of\nfull-on screamo chaos - the kind of
contrast that keeps you smiling right until\nthe next emotional gut punch
lands. Lyrically\, they move between German and\nEnglish\, which adds ano
ther layer to their already charmingly chaotic mix.\nBeneath the sparkle a
nd the noise\, their lyrics often tackle themes of\nself-determination as
	a woman in a patriarchal society\, calling out its many\nabsurdities and i
njustices.\n\nThis will be their last show for the rest of this year!
